IDEAL clinical interprofessional multidisciplinary workshop is a place for students to learn in a fun and innovative way.

A session is implemented every year in each partner institution for postgraduate students, using blended interactive techniques (simulation, CBCR, faculty development, board and serious games….).

What makes IDEAL workshop unique?

IDEAL workshops cover three key topics, using infectious diseases as a frame to address medical interprofessional communication:

  • Infection control and prevention with a focus on vaccination
  • Acute Respiratory Infections with epidemic potential
  • Maternal and Neonatal Infections

Each session is led by local instructors as well as European experts from at least two other partner institutions, enhancing cross-border knowledge exchange on a “mobility-at-home” pattern.

Teaching and learning materials are accessible, free of charge, on the Moodle of the program.
