IDEAL Advanced Students “Traveler infections” Courses in Rome will take place on May, 23th and 24th in Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli Hospital.
Teachers from all the partnering and mentored institutions will gather in Rome to deliver an advanced course on “Traveler infections” to a group of 20 students, previously selected by the teachers of Università Cattolica del Sacre Cuore, involved in the IDEAL project and some guests from the partnering institutions.
This session will be the occasion to discuss and debrief with medical experts.
The students will be invited to play a serious game and to participate in role plays and a Q&A.

IDEAL “Teach the Trainers” will take place from April, 2nd to April, 4th in Université Paris Cité.
IDEAL “TTT” seminar is the place to learn and discover active Learning Techniques in teaching.
The seminar focuses on showing that interactive and innovation teaching is the new way to teach medicine to students.
Through interactive lectures, serious games and team based learning, the IDEAL teachers bring a new way to tell about mediciane, and more largely about health studies.

IDEAL 2025 Summer School will take place from August, 26th to August, 30th at University of Antwerp.
The third IDEAL Summer School in the IDEALiTER project will focus on Pandemic Preparedness.
It will be the occasion to meet and exchange about this more and more relavant topic with specailists of the subject and to dig deeper into epidemics.
The summer course will cover topics such as data and preparedness, outbreak management, vaccine confidence and high consequence infections. Teaching methods include interactive sessions, demo’s, quizzes and simulations.
The summer course will have participants with diverse backgrounds, creating an inspiring and international classroom.
