For more than a decade, the IDEAL program has been training and engaged students, educators and professionals in innovative teaching and learning. The program aims now at creating its own alumni network.

Why creating an IDEAL alumni network?
With more than 100 educators and 1800 students trained in a decade, the IDEAL team aims at gathering all the trainees to its activities in a large network to foster European academic and scientific collaboration as well as knowledge exchange and innovative health professionals training.
How can I be part of the alumni network?
To be part of the IDEAL alumni network, the only way is to have participated in one of the IDEAL and/or Med Motion activities (I3DC sessions, advanced courses, “Train the Trainers” seminar, summer school).
As IDEAL team is inclusive, they also welcome any infectious diseases, public and one health professional that could be interested in tackling communication and interprofessionality challenges.
How to participate to the alumni network?
Each IDEAL alumni can bring their knowledge, skills and experience into the IDEAL program to improve the content of the activities and the impact of the program.
As professional life can be a real labyrinth, the network is also a place where to share job and internship offer to allow students to facilitate their start in the active world.
What is the added-value of the alumni network?
The IDEAL alumni network offers the possibility to keep in touch with the partner institutions of the program as well as the educators involved in the IDEAL teaching and the former participants to the IDEAL activities.
The network improves the connection between former participants and can lead to research and academic collaborations or development of common curriculum.
This international initiative is a way to keep connecting with your former institution as well as developing a strong, large network for your professional career, and be part, at your scale, of new opportunities created by the IDEAL community.
